I am a compassionate Registered Nurse who is also certified as a Life Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Energy Healer-Reiki. Whether working individually with clients or with couples and families, I am wholly present and focused on your needs at all times.

As a Holistic Health Nurse and Life Coach, I assess my clients as whole individuals, taking into account their mind, body, spirit, and intention. This approach allows me to support and empower you as you strive to achieve your goals and dreams.
