During a rainstorm, water was leaking through my ceiling. Jimmy promptly arrived on the same day to inspect the problem, provide a quotation, and secure the roof with a tarp. Incredible assistance was provided by Amazing Roofing. While having my gutters cleaned, I received news of a roof hole from the worker. I was anxious about the situation and did not consider immediate replacement. Fortunately, I discovered Amazing Roofing on CrackerJack. Without further ado, James and his team arrived the next day and effectively mended the hole and other problematic spots they detected. I reached out to various businesses to receive quotes for roof repair. Amazing Roofing responded immediately, assuring me that they would beat any competitor’s quote by 10%. Although their pricing was slightly higher than others, their exceptional service and professional repair justified the cost. Unlike the other companies, they went out of their way to inspect my attic during the estimate to ensure the repair was comprehensive. In addition to repairing the roof, they performed full maintenance and even removed an outdated satellite from the roof at no additional cost. Not only were they respectful and receptive to price negotiations, but they also finished the job in one day as promised. They provided compelling before-and-after pictures and offered a five-year warranty. We will have to wait for winter to test the quality of their workmanship, but visually, our roof looks outstanding. All things considered, we are happy with their work so far.
