Amanda is an exceptional trainer who tailored a plan that catered to my abilities and goals. Initially, I struggled with balance, strength, and weight issues, feeling out of shape, weak, and unstable. However, Amanda developed a personalized plan and worked with me to gradually increase my endurance, strength, and overall habits.
The outcome was impressive! I have successfully gained strength, lost weight, and shrunk ten inches from my waistline. I am now capable of lifting 15 pounds, a significant feat considering I could not lift weights when I commenced. Moreover, I have improved my balance and can lift weights simultaneously.
Training under Amanda's guidance has been the most amazing gift I could have given to myself.
