The chef provided an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and all of my guests were raving about the wonderful brunch options. It was so nice to be able to enjoy spending time with my guests without having to spend the whole time cooking. In general, it was perfect! I initially chose Chef Lemar based on his excellent reviews and prompt response compared to other companies. Our communication was effortless and efficient. He provided a menu for a four-course meal, and I only made one modification to include a chocolate dessert. Everything else sounded fantastic! He and his wife arrived on time, set up, and began cooking. By the time we all sat down, the food was ready to be served. Each dish was not only visually appealing but also tasted amazing that I wanted to clean the plate. All eight guests agreed, and you could hear Mmmmmmm around the table. Some even took photos of their plates! It was my wife's birthday, and she was completely unaware but impressed with the experience. We will undoubtedly have Chef Lemar back in the future. On December 30th, Lamar and Amalie did a fantastic job in preparing dinner for our family to celebrate my husband's retirement. We savored a scrumptious shrimp appetizer, followed by a salad, lamb shank, and chocolate souffle for dessert. I highly recommend Lamar's culinary skills for anyone who wants to indulge in a delightful and visually appealing meal.

For my wife's surprise dinner, I decided on a candlelit affair. To make it special, I reached out to Chef Lemar, sharing my wife's preferred cuisine. Exceptionally responsive, he provided me with an excellent menu within a day. While we did alter a few details to fit our preferences, the menu he provided was excellent.
