I was particularly impressed with how carefully they treated my brand new hardwood floors and the regular updates they provided throughout the job. We discovered a saw stain under the rug left by the previous owners, which had been there for a while. Not wanting the new owners to have to deal with it, we contacted a cleaning service at short notice. They effectively cleaned the area and it looked great!
