The service I received from Always Green was beyond satisfactory! Our rugs were taken offsite for cleaning, and came back looking brand new. On the same day, Giovanni arrived to inspect the rug. After assessing it, he offered the option to either clean it in our home or perform a deeper clean at his facility. We decided to go with the latter as it was reasonably priced. Within a few days, he returned with the freshly cleaned rug, which he displayed to us in perfect condition. In summary, we were extremely satisfied with his work!

Out of the 9 bids I received for cleaning my area rug on various platforms including CrackerJack, Always Green Carpet Cleaner offered the lowest price. However, I decided to opt for their slightly enhanced shampooing service, which required an additional cost. Nevertheless, I didn't have to compromise on quality for the sake of saving some bucks. The serviceman who arrived at my doorstep was punctual, courteous, and readily catered to my last-minute request for a specific drop-off time. After being returned to me within a week, my shabby rug appeared remarkably clean and fresh. I'm extremely pleased with the services provided by this company.
