I would like to share with you the exceptional job that Stef accomplished for us during the Christmas holidays. While we were away for two weeks, a pipe in the attic burst due to sub-zero temperatures, causing harm to three rooms and flooding one bedroom. Stef skillfully managed the available resources, organized an efficient clean-up process, and even looked after our pets until our arrival. In light of her remarkable performance under extremely challenging circumstances, I believe Stef deserves a medal. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
