I offer personalized training options for individuals and small groups, with both in-person and live virtual sessions available. Additionally, I provide online training and wellness coaching. For all new clients, I offer a free introductory session to better understand your goals and how I can help you achieve them.
My coaching style is centered around your needs and goals. You know yourself better than anyone, so I prioritize your input to help create a customized program that will work best for you. This includes considering your preferences, limitations, and past experiences.
