Upon noticing some cracks on the smooth stucco of my house's exterior wall, I arranged a consultation with Alpha expecting that their assessment and estimate would not be honest. In anticipation, I hired a structural engineer to inspect my house beforehand. Subsequently, Mr. Erinn Rusnak arrived for the free estimate and after conducting an extensive inspection, he astounded me with the reassuring news that there was no need to panic or for any foundation work. Though I inquired about waterproofing my garage, he advised against it but nevertheless provided a proposal. Within a week, I received a highly professional proposal from Mr. Erinn Rusnak. His expertise and integrity have left a lasting impression on me and I regret not trusting the company initially. Although I have currently decided against the garage project, I will undoubtedly consider Alpha for any future foundation repair needs.
