I sanded the house down to the bare wood and used a tent as a precaution because of the possibility of lead paint from the past. The rounded moldings were painstakingly sanded by hand, but Thiago and his workers persevered and continued the task until I was satisfied. The foundation was also painted and the carpenter was called in to repair and replace the exterior moldings. Thiago was very accommodating and ensured any issues I had were promptly addressed by his crew. The end result was nothing short of magnificent. When my new shutters arrived, Thiago returned to install and paint them, and refused extra payment despite having already received full payment for the original job. The crew was also very efficient and cleaned up the site upon completion. I highly recommend Thiago's company.
