We were extremely pleased with the service call. We own 2 furnaces, but one had not been utilized for the past 2 years due to it being non-functional according to the previous tenants. Initially, we were anxious about the costly repairs, but it turned out that only cleaning and relighting the pilot light was required. Besides, we are contemplating the transition to an HVAC system to obtain central air, and we found the recommendations given for this future project valuable.
