As I am in the process of purchasing a brand-new home, the builder has imposed a strict requirement in terms of the inspector's qualifications. However, Kevin efficiently provided all the necessary documents and credentials that the builder requested. Although he happened to be a bit tardy due to an address mishap, he promptly got to work once he arrived. Kevin demonstrated extensive knowledge of the industry and was a pleasure to work with. He conducted all the essential inspections and communicated any minor repairs that were required. As he promised, Kevin submitted the inspection report on the same day. Kevin was exceptional. He arrived early and had already inspected the roof by the time I arrived, which was also early. At first, I was skeptical, but as we went through the home and into the attic, it was clear that he had thoroughly checked everything. Kevin is incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and his attention to detail is impressive. Despite not using pen and paper, he documented everything meticulously in his report, even things that I hadn't noticed. He takes the time to explain everything to you and is an excellent communicator. I would highly recommend his services.

I urgently needed a home inspection, and fortunately, he was available the same day. He was extremely meticulous and did not rush through the inspection. To add a humorous note, he even has a ladder! LOL.
