Within a few hours of my request, Kai reached out and managed to fit a meeting and estimate into his busy schedule the very next day. Despite the rain, he patiently walked through both the front and backyard while discussing the plan and offering his expertise. Thankfully, his regular maintenance day was only a few days away, and he was able to complete the work in a timely manner.
