Collaborating with Seth and Allure was a breeze! As a working mother raising two children, prompt and clear communication is of utmost importance to me. Seth surpassed my expectations with his excellent responsiveness and communication skills. He arrived punctually for our consultation and even notified me ahead of time when they had an opening to come earlier than scheduled.
During the consultation, they explained our options thoroughly and highlighted the unique benefits of each choice. We opted for a carpet that they had readily available, and they installed it within a week as promised.
Although we paid an additional fee to have our furniture moved, we were pleased with their professionalism and impressed with the final results. I highly recommend their services.
