I had my roof replaced and they also replaced some rotten boards. Furthermore, they upgraded to ridge vents which eliminated several potential sources of leaks. I am very pleased with the work that was done. It was an excellent job and great work overall.

AllPhase responded to my inquiry promptly and conducted a thorough assessment of the repair/replacement needed for my garage roof. The damage was caused by a neighbor's unruly ivy and winter storms from the previous year. The estimate provided for the job was reasonable, and despite being booked, they managed to fit me in within a couple of weeks. The team arrived promptly at 8 am and worked until dusk. They replaced everything on the first day, leaving only the shingling to be completed, which they finished the following day. The job was completed to a high standard and I am confident that it will last for decades. The team also cleaned up thoroughly and went above and beyond by vacuuming the yard to make sure any leftover debris was cleared. All in all, they did an excellent job and were reliable and responsive throughout the process. Although the job's cost slightly exceeded the initial estimate, it was still within my budget, and I highly recommend AllPhase for any roofing needs.
