Allen Holistic Cleaning LLC is a cleaning company that specializes in non-toxic, eco-friendly, and safe cleaning products. With a decade of experience in the industry, we provide services to both commercial and residential clients, with a specific focus on the elderly and handicapped. Our commitment to creating a healthy environment and prioritizing quality over quantity sets us apart from other companies. While all of our services are available to the general public, residential maid services are specifically for clients who are elderly, handicapped, sick, or shut-in because of cancer or surgery.
Here are some guidelines to note:
1. SPECIAL OR MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS
We welcome miscellaneous projects and provide personalized rates. Email or text us with your special requests, and we'll budget them into our next scheduled cleaning. Please note that we will not declutter or organize client's personal items or move furniture unless it's less than 20 items. If there are more than 20 items, the client must move the furniture themselves, or our cleaners will clean around them. We also do not remove any kind of biohazardous and sharp disposal items, waste, blood, poop, vomit, or urine. Additionally, access to water and electricity is necessary.
2. WORK HOURS
We work Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We work according to a schedule and are flexible with booking appointments.
3. ALARM SYSTEMS & KEYS
We do not require homeowners to be present while we clean. If you have an alarm, please provide the key code to disarm it when we arrive and set it again when we leave. We'll also need a house key to access the job. If we have a confirmed appointment and cannot access your home due to the homeowner not providing necessary key or code info, we will charge a $50 lockout fee.
4. RESCHEDULING
In case of scheduling conflicts, please let us know as soon as possible via call, text or email. We'll try our best to reschedule your cleaning as quickly as possible. If we receive a 24-hour notice, there will be no $50 cancellation charge.
5. SICK POLICY
If you or any of your household members have a contagious illness such as the flu, colds, pneumonia, chickenpox etc., please call and reschedule. It's possible that we might transport germs to the next house or become ill ourselves. We prefer to wait until you recover for the safety of all our customers. We will also contact you as soon as possible if one of our team members is sick.
6. SATISFACTION
We prioritize our customer's satisfaction. If for any reason, you're not 100% completely satisfied, please contact us immediately so that we can address your concerns. Note that we do not offer refunds.
7. PAYMENT
We accept payments through CrackerJack. Paying with a credit or debit card, or via electronic check through PayPal is preferred as it's secure and provides an electronic accounting trail for your records. To make payments, log on to PayPal, click on Send Money, and send to PayPal.Me/allenholisticcleanin in the amount of today's services, goods and services. Thank you for doing business with us!
