He was expected to arrive on Saturday morning. I sent him a text to inquire about his arrival time, but he responded by saying that he had forgotten and couldn't make it. He then promised to turn up on Sunday morning. I messaged him on Sunday morning to ask for an estimated time of arrival, and he said he would arrive at 12 pm (not in the morning). However, at 11:15, he texted me to say that he would not be coming because it was too far away. I strongly advise against using his services.

I highly endorse the services of Allen Construction. Alan conducts himself with great professionalism, dependability, and diligence. His pricing is reasonable, and he shows immense enthusiasm towards his work. He handled everything from construction and tiling to plumbing and electricity and even managed all the permits himself, which is a significant advantage in an area like Jersey City. The work carried out by him was of excellent quality, and my basement was completely clean when he had finished.

We began with only an idea and little else. However, Alan R. was able to obtain all the necessary permits and adjust his schedule accordingly to account for any delays caused by adjustments required for our designs. He remained incredibly adaptable and maintained a professional demeanor throughout the project. Alan R. promptly addressed any issues that occurred in the renovation space, whether they were his responsibility or merely occurrences outside of his control. The quality of his work was exceptional and the costs remained on par with his initial estimates, with some flexibility to allow for a few upgrades.
