For weeks now, a broken carport has been sitting upside down in my yard. Despite promises to remove it and assist with an insurance claim, nothing has been followed through. Originally, I requested a carport and gate to be built and for the driveway to be covered in pea gravel. Brian provided a quote for the job, which included a carport with matching siding, an 8-foot gate, and pea gravel for the driveway. Initially, the job was going well, with the gate built the next day and the pea gravel cleared out. However, the pea gravel was later changed to road base with decomposed granite, which was to be free of charge. When the carport kit arrived, it was just a metal frame covered by a tarp. I raised this issue with the employee, as we had agreed on a hard-top structure, but was told that this would be more expensive. Despite these concerns, I agreed to have the tent-style carport installed to protect my tenant's car from the upcoming winter weather. The employee took longer than expected to finish the job due to personal issues, but I was understanding. However, when I had a friend over who noticed that only road base was laid and there was no decomposed granite, I became concerned. The real issues started when the wind flipped the tent carport over my fence, scratching my tenant's car. After contacting Brian and being told that someone would be by the next day to fix it, I had to pull the carport into my yard to prevent further damage. Brian came by to inspect it and start an insurance claim but informed me that the tent could not be replaced with a hard-top structure. Despite being promised that somebody would come to my yard "first thing in the morning" several times, nothing has been done, and the broken carport still sits upside down in my yard.

I'm thrilled with the remodeling job they did for me. Whenever I enter my home, I'm filled with joy upon seeing my newly renovated bathroom and bedroom. Moreover, the old battered gutters that caused ice build-up at my doorstep have been repaired too, so I don't have to worry about slipping anymore. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with their exceptional work.
