I noticed that my parents' heater had stopped functioning. Given that the system was relatively new, less than 5 years old, I conjectured that the issue was with the thermostat. I reached out to Joseph, who was prompt in responding and managed to schedule a repairman to come in on that very day to replace it. Although the repairman suggested that the problem may not be with the thermostat, I didn't heed his advice. Initially, the system seemed to work, but after about two hours, it again ceased to function. At that point, I contacted Joseph again and requested that he send the repairman back as I suspected there was still some underlying issue. Once again, he was quick to respond, and within the same day, the repairman arrived and identified the underlying problem. In merely an hour, he was able to fix the issue, and the heater now operates flawlessly. I'm grateful for the swift and efficient service.

My hero is Joe, the owner of this company! I was extremely upset when my home warranty policy scheduled an appointment a week out after I had been without a condenser for three days. My furry retriever and I were staying in the RV which had air conditioning. I suspected a faulty Buss breaker and went to Home Depot, but they were out of stock. Luckily, Joe called and informed me that he had the Buss breaker in his truck. What a relief! Joe not only fixed the Buss breaker but also cleaned the filthy compressor and intake filter. Now, the temperature of my house is perfect. I replaced the intake filter with a new one, and it's a relief!

Their prompt and professional service was fantastic. They installed two thermostats and promptly identified a wiring issue. I am keeping their number for any future heating or AC issues. They have earned my highest rating.
