Our home had a challenging clog lodged deep in the pipe beneath the foundation. Despite my husband's efforts with various tools, the clog remained unreachable. In the home I grew up in, we experienced a backup of water and sewage. Fortunately, Sam from ALL WAYS ROOTER arrived promptly, even earlier than expected. Upon arrival, he promptly assessed and diagnosed the issue. Additionally, he coordinated the necessary technicians to survey the lines and further evaluated the extent of water damage. Sam reassured me that the problem could be resolved. Using the internet, he even showed me the pipe diagram of our home and possible causes of the issue. Sam successfully removed the blockage, allowing use of the toilets and sinks, and explained the next steps for cleanup and repair.
