Nicholas and his team's work deserves many superlatives. They even came out on a holiday to estimate my roof, which had started leaking due to aging and heavy rain. I hired them immediately and within four days Nick himself covered my roof as the rain continued and a second leak appeared. They were able to start the job a few days earlier than planned, and the crew arrived early and worked tirelessly all day, delivering a fantastic job and impeccable clean up. I was kept informed throughout the day of the progress, and their communication was great. They genuinely cared about the quality of their work, which is rare these days. Although I hope not to need their services for many years, if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call Nick and hire All-Star Contractor LLC again. Thank you for everything.

This company operates smoothly. Within an hour of starting work at 8AM, ten individuals had spread out over the entire roof, each with their own job. By 10:30, all the roofing had been stripped, and some people had already begun laying down shingle underlayment and heavy gauge drip edge - a material that I'd never seen at my local lumberyard. Richard supervised the replacements of approximately 10 sheets of 1/2" plywood that he identified as weak, which was pricy, but necessary under a 50-year roof. They then put down 37 square feet and cleaned up the entire yard before leaving by sundown. The result is impressive, with well-done flashing around the chimneys and new rubber boots over my vents. Even if their estimate was a bit higher than others, the quality of work performed would have made it worth every penny!

My encounter with them was delightful. Richard exudes utmost professionalism as he expertly walked me through the process, displayed product samples, and provided a fair estimation. The workers arrived promptly early in the morning for installation and completed the job by mid-afternoon. Their diligent work ethic and amicable nature made the experience even more pleasant.
