The service I received was simply astounding! They were extremely flexible and went above and beyond by traveling to the restaurant where I was dining to complete the job. It doesn't get better than that in terms of exceptional service. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome, as the odor of smoke in my vehicle was entirely removed.

Excellent work! I managed to snag a fantastic deal on a vehicle purchase, but was hampered by the presence of a pungent smoke smell. Given my asthmatic condition, I required the services of a skilled professional who could eradicate the odor, and I'm pleased to say that Dave didn't disappoint. The smell has completely vanished, and there's no indication that it will return.

Working with Dave, the owner, has been an absolute delight. As someone who has dealt with various trades in the past, I can confidently state that he has been the most reliable and knowledgeable of them all. I strongly urge you to consider his company for all your needs.

Despite the fact that the previous occupants of the house had numerous pets, after the conclusion of the therapy, one wouldn't suspect so! The service was welcoming, dependable, and professional. Although Dave was professional on the phone and effectively eliminated the odor, the overall experience was marred by several shortcomings. Despite scheduling the project in March for April work, Dave failed to provide a walkthrough date or cost estimate. Instead, he offered a wide range of costs from .35-85 cents per square foot without specifying any details. Consequently, I estimated a slightly higher cost of $0.45 per square foot and expected to pay $750.00 for the entire house (1550sqft). However, after completing the job, Dave only informed me of the total cost of $1,000 plus without communicating the pre-existing conditions and left chemicals to spray on my own. This was even despite having debris still present. Additionally, I was dissatisfied that he didn't finalize the job and left the chemicals for me to use as he was going out of town for a week, without once discussing any adjustments or rescheduling. I believe that he should have discounted the job, considering that I did my own chemical spraying. Unfortunately, Dave made no effort to negotiate the remaining amount and threatened to take legal action. Although he did excellent work, his lack of interest in customer retention is disappointing. I strongly suggest that future customers ask for a detailed line item estimate and walkthrough of the job to avoid such issues. Due to his lack of negotiation skills, I will not use his services for future properties.
