This team's responsiveness is impressive. Due to inadequate tile upkeep, my floors were excessively dirty and grimy. However, the workman arrived on time, completed the task promptly, and charged a much more reasonable price than the top-rated professional on CrackerJack. To enhance the appearance, they even returned to my place to caulk the tiles.

I am pleased that I reached out to Mr. Jose for the floor cleaning. He provided an estimate and completed the task on the same day. His restoration work on our tile floor was excellent, bringing it back to its original state. Additionally, he shared valuable recommendations on maintaining the floor properly, indicating what we should avoid using. Our hardwood floor, spanning 1700 square feet, had several layers of wax making it difficult to remember what it looked like before Refugio and his helper came to restore it. They diligently prepped the area, using plastic to safeguard about 2 feet from the ground up. Their professionalism, great personality, and punctuality were commendable, and they completed the remarkable job in just one day! I reached out to Refugio on a Sunday, and he responded within moments, arriving at our home within an hour to offer an estimate. The service was exceptional, and I desire every contractor to be as professional as they were. Without hesitation, I will make use of their services again!

Communication was superb, and all stains were completely removed using a thorough cleaning. At the end, we went through a walkthrough, and everything was fantastic! The individual was extremely trustworthy and honest- I highly recommend them!
