My name is Jacob and I'm here to help turn your experience or your guest's experience into a magical one, while taking the burden of remodeling and designing off your shoulders. I'll handle everything from the design process to sourcing materials and employing professional workers to bring the project to life. My services are available locally or anywhere you need me, and I guarantee everything will be top-notch and AirBnB ready. From concept development to final touches, I'll ensure a quick and affordable transition to a fully themed room upgrade.

My hourly rate is $50, and it typically takes 5-10 hours for each of the designing and sourcing phases, with a minimum cost of $500-$1000 per room. However, if your project doesn't fit within these parameters, let me know and we can discuss options.
