My experience with George All Pro during the tiling of my shower and bathroom floor was incredibly positive. Despite the fact that I provided them with a lower grade travertine tile to work with, they were still able to carefully cut it so that the 10% overage I had purchased was sufficient for the space. George was able to come up with a clever solution for the edging, as it was lacking any bullnose pieces. Throughout the entire project, George was always honest and quick to respond to any questions I had. He consistently discussed any decision points with me prior to moving forward with the work, and even finished ahead of schedule. As such, I am looking forward to working with him again in the future, specifically when it comes to the installation of my kitchen backsplash. While I didn't have the opportunity to use him for my wood floor installation project, I would have if I hadn't already committed to another contractor. However, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working with George take the time to meet with him in person and carefully outline the work they need done to ensure that there are no misunderstandings in terms of pricing or project scope. While George is an incredibly honest and fair individual, it's always better to be safe than sorry. In my case, I initially thought he had included the cost of wall prep in his quote, only to discover later that it was actually a separate charge - a mistake that could have easily been avoided if I had taken the time to get everything in writing.
