Although the bid price was higher than others we received, we appreciated that they never nickel and dimed us, unlike friends working with a different company at the same time. We paid the agreed contract price, even though lumber prices surged unexpectedly during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also liked the payment plan, which was divided into stages according to work completed. Our project was quite extensive, including a kitchen remodel, the conversion of a bedroom into an open-concept kitchen extension, a large deck addition, floor replacements, and painting. We hired other companies to upgrade our media and HVAC systems, and Green Bay Remodeling collaborated seamlessly with them.
