We have hired Jonathan for the second time to help with our central air system. The first time, he added Freon and left a positive impression on us with his kind and caring attitude. When the system eventually broke down, we knew we wanted Jonathan to be the one to help once again. After submitting a project request on CrackerJack, Jonathan called within a minute and was always timely to our appointments. He stayed late to ensure we were not left in the heat and showed a passion for his work and care for his clients. He even provided us with a reasonable price within our budget. The performance of Jonathan and his team was exceptional. Following a basement flooding, I phoned them to replace my boiler. Other plumbing companies had given me quotations as high as 15,000! Joe suggested that only the electrical components needed replacing, not the entire furnace. He dispatched a technician to do the job, and my heating system is operating better now than it was before the flood. I would urge you to use this firm for all your HVAC and plumbing requirements – I will certainly contact them again if necessary!
