The property management is atrocious. They failed to make any repairs within six months and took almost three months to evict a vacant apartment. Additionally, they couldn't get three units ready to rent, and they were unsuccessful in obtaining HUD repair work and clearing county code violations. Furthermore, they hired a vendor who charged $700 to set out tenant furniture and wanted another $1,000 to make a dump run. The eviction and tenant belongings set-out pricing were excessive, and no repairs were completed within three months. Communication was inadequate, with only seven out of thirty emails being replied to. They deposited funds for repairs but then claimed to have "Lost $1,500" for three weeks. It's better to steer clear of this property management unless you enjoy being overcharged, regularly ignored, and disappointed with a vacant building. The managers themselves are impolite and come up with easy excuses.
