Our microwave oven combination unit presented a challenge that other service companies couldn't solve due to the absence of a model or serial tag. However, MATTHEW was able to diagnose the problem and identified the control board as the issue. He located the necessary replacement part, and as a result, saved Thanksgiving for us this year.
