Due to my dryer malfunctioning and being unable to secure the services of a standard appliance company for several weeks, I dispatched several messages and promptly received a response from AAR. An appointment for the following day was scheduled, and the technician arrived ahead of time and conducted himself in a thoroughly professional manner. After troubleshooting for over an hour, it was discovered that some connections were loose. Despite this, I was charged only the service fee and incurred no repair expenses.
