On a Sunday, Mr. Kinsey arrived at short notice and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. It now looks as good as it did when I first moved in. Nicholas possessed excellent communication skills. Despite the short notice for my mother's apartment, who had been unwell for quite some time, he was incredibly affable, accommodating, and knowledgeable in suggesting various carpet treatments. We even decided to add a couple of throw rugs on the day of the cleaning, and he gave us a discount by including the cleaning in the bundled service. Furthermore, he was very patient with my mother's little dog that kept barking at him. In my opinion, Nicholas is a sincere family-oriented individual who runs an ethical business and is highly recommended.
