All of our sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Healing Sessions are two hours long and come with a personalized recording to reinforce the work, an aftercare plan, customized home practice recommendations, and a week of remote support. Recurring Therapy Sessions are 90 minutes long and include the same follow-up resources.

Our mission is to help you feel comfortable, healthy, peaceful, present, and free in your body, mind, and soul. In each session, we use powerful techniques to release stuck emotions, change unhelpful beliefs, and shift your energy. Our clients leave every session feeling calm, realigned, and connected to their true nature. We use a variety of techniques to resolve deeply ingrained traumas and patterns in a gentle way in just a few sessions. Our services include holistic therapy and counseling, hypnotherapy, energy healing, trauma processing, metaphysical emotional and spiritual healing, spiritual mentoring, reiki, breathwork, EFT, past life regression, therapeutic and flow-based yoga, life and health coaching, inner child healing and timeline work, meditation instruction, health cleansing, and workouts such as toning, HIIT, Pilates, yoga, circuit training, and aerobics.

We specialize in helping you shift from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and stressed to empowered, capable, and aligned with your true self. We help you clear the psychosomatic patterns of self-sabotage, relationship dysfunction, disordered eating, and low self-esteem. We help you heal your relationship with yourself, repairing and restoring your innate self-trust, inner compass, confidence, intuitive wisdom, and heart intelligence. We help you release ancestral energy and conditioning so you can overcome challenging familial dynamics. We help you cultivate spiritual and empathic gifts, develop effective boundaries, and tap into your intuitive power, wisdom, and spiritual connection.

Our rates for Zoom sessions are $190 for 60 minutes, $210 for 75 minutes, $225 for 90 minutes, and $240 for 1.5-2 hours. We also offer sliding scale rates on a case-by-case basis.
