Alisan

Due to rain and wind, our fence sustained some damage. Alisan and his partner, Esre, removed the old fence and installed a new one for me and my neighbor. The fence is standing and appears to be relatively stable. However, there are some areas in which their work could be improved. Although satisfied overall, I have some concerns about the corners that were cut during the installation process. 1. The work site was not adequately cleaned. I found leftover wood, nails, and screws scattered throughout the area, which is unacceptable for families with young children. I also had to remove some protruding nails that were not clipped off from the fence. 2. The estimated completion time was inaccurate. The project was supposed to take two days, but it ended up taking longer as Alisan had other jobs to attend to. He periodically returned to the site to complete or tidy up something. 3. The fence's overall craftsmanship was not up to par. There are gaps in several places, screws that are not completely attached, an uneven section where the post sunk too deep in the concrete, poorly poured concrete, and the installation of the new fence rendered an existing gate inoperable. 4. I lent Alisan some equipment, but later found my vacuum left in the yard with the filter pulled out and the extension cord unrolled. I had expected him to take care of my belongings and store them away properly when he was finished. 5. Lastly, Alisan cut the wood on our lawn, which made it almost impossible to clear all the dust and splinters of wood. I would have preferred he worked on our concrete slab instead, making it easier to clean up.

Several days ago, I enlisted the services of Alisan to repair my damaged fence. His work was superb, as he exhibited high levels of accountability and meticulousness while professionally executing the task. The fees charged were also quite affordable. Moreover, Alisan has a courteous and diligent demeanor.

Alisan arrived punctually, inspected the rooftop, and exhibited snapshots of shingles that were absent or ruined. He immediately bought new shingles and fixed them. His service was exceptional.
