I was almost an hour late for our scheduled appointment and had assumed that they weren't showing up, as I was unable to contact them through CrackerJack or by phone. However, they did contact me later with a fair quote. As someone who works in the service industry, I understand that mistakes can happen. While I'm still getting quotes from other individuals, I will certainly consider them for future projects.

Despite the harsh wind and rain, Alex and Help dedicated themselves to revamping the overgrown perimeter of my store.
