Absolutely enjoyed it! Alex and his two female companions were prompt, proficient and exuded immense professionalism! They inquired about any particular problems that needed attention and handled them efficiently!
Our home also appreciated the gesture! Every place that required tidying was taken care of, floors were mopped and carpets vacuumed.

Although the initial outreach was prompt, the individual I communicated with preferred phone calls over text. Unfortunately, there were several miscommunications and a rushed confirmation of the date, time, and price for the first cleaning. The final cost exceeded what I was quoted, but I paid in good faith. After the cleaning, I attempted to schedule another appointment and discussed the possibility of rescheduling due to my travel plans. Despite my efforts, I received no response. While the cleaners were pleasant and efficient, the person I spoke with did not supervise the cleaning. Regrettably, due to the significance of communication to me, I cannot recommend this company and will not use their services again.

For many reasons, I highly recommend Alex's Cleaning. Firstly, Oksana's responsiveness was impressive - she contacted me shortly after my initial inquiry and left multiple messages the same day. When we spoke, she was very accommodating and agreed to schedule my first cleaning appointment based on photos of my home - even though there was a severe weather warning for the next day. Despite many businesses closing, Alex's Cleaning team kept my appointment and arrived a few minutes early. The team consisted of three professional, hardworking individuals who conducted a thorough cleaning resulting in my home looking cleaner than ever before. I have utilized various cleaning services in the past, but Alex's Cleaning has exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, the pricing is affordable and lower than other services, without sacrificing quality. Ultimately, I am thrilled with the outcome and pricing and plan to use Alex's Cleaning bi-weekly.
