I am well-versed in guiding individuals safely towards their fitness and wellness targets, with thousands of hours of 1v1 experience. My specialty lies in aiding clients with compromised musculoskeletal systems, though I enjoy working with all ages and demographics.

Although I didn't opt for his services since I found someone nearer, I must acknowledge that his prompt responsiveness and satisfactory responses to my queries were impressive. However, considering that he is located approximately 53 minutes away from my dwelling, it wasn't feasible for me to proceed with his services. Nonetheless, I recommend giving him a chance!

Alex is an epitome of professionalism, thoughtfulness, and expertise. My visit to him was prompted by my struggle with back pain during exercise. To my amazement, he was not only alert and compassionate during our sessions, but he also followed up with me a couple of days after each session to inquire about my progress. Whenever I complained of back pain, he would promptly share a list of exercises that were incredibly effective in easing the discomfort.
