Alex House Cleaning has provided me with excellent service for two large jobs which include move-in and spring cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed with their high level of responsiveness and willingness to accommodate my schedule. They provided a fair estimate for both jobs, arrived on time with a superb crew and completed everything within the scheduled timeframe. They require minimal supervision, only taking a quick walk-through before proceeding with their work. Additionally, they kindly asked me to review their finished work to ensure my satisfaction. With a two-story house and two pets, their price of $220 for three hours with three people was more than reasonable considering the amount of pet hair accumulated. They mentioned that the price for a regular cleaning would not be as high, but I will certainly hire them again without hesitation.

Greetings, I am a Bronxville homeowner and today was my initial encounter with Alex House Cleaning. Their communication before arrival was commendable. Chris, one of the owners, arrived with two female employees donning the company's logo T-shirts. They exuded exceptional civility and brought their own professional cleaning equipment. While allowing them to use my personally mixed cleaning supplies, they surpassed expectations dusting, vacuuming the ceilings and around curtains, polishing sills, and cleaning other standard areas. The diligent employees worked tirelessly, even scrubbing the bathrooms with care and respecting my Living and Dining Room preferences. Upon completion, my home was dust-free, spotless, and gleaming. I wholeheartedly recommend Alex House Cleaning and plan to request their services again.
