Alex and his team replaced approximately 325 square feet of tile in our home. Their work quality, responsiveness, and punctuality were all very satisfactory. Since we have a baby in our home, it was crucial to us that they adhered to a specific timeframe, which they happily agreed to. We highly recommend them for any tile project and would certainly hire them again.

The installation of hardwoods in four bedrooms and vinyl flooring in our basement room by Alex and the team was exceptional. Their attention to detail was superb, and they were exceedingly amiable. The price they offered was honest, and the installation was completed expeditiously. I strongly urge hiring them for any flooring undertaking.

Although we had a rough start during demo day, where the helper removed the tub faucet without shutting off the water resulting in rain pouring into our house and damaging half of the first floor, the teams worked tirelessly to restore our home. Despite the setback, the teams never complained and did not ask for additional payments except for grout, which we didn't need to purchase due to the advice of the tile shop. We only needed a new door threshold. Alex was prompt and clear in his communication, and Antonio's Sheetrock/Paint crew did an excellent job. Davic, the tile installer, exceeded our expectations, and the only downside was Sebastien, the plumber, who was the weakest link in the chain. Our new bathroom turned out stunningly beautiful! We highly recommend Alex Flooring and will be calling them back to install hardwood floors in our second floor!
