ALEX B SERVICES LLC/DJ ALEX B SERVICES LLC REFUND POLICY: If you book our services and sign a booking agreement with a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. However, if our services company cancels, you will receive a full refund in 7-10 business days upon cancellation.
