We were fortunate to have come across Cesar. He possessed a wonderful disposition, making him a joy to collaborate with, and was incredibly skilled in his field, making him the ideal officiant. Even if our wedding had more than 200 attendees, we would have complete faith in him leading the ceremony. Moreover, we were grateful for his patience and assistance in navigating the marriage licensing process.

Cesar is our hero. We were in a tight spot after receiving a cancellation from our original wedding officiant who tested positive for COVID-19. Just two days prior to the event, I received an email from the officiant's wife explaining the unfortunate circumstances. In a panic, I searched for another available officiant and came across Cesar on Thumbtack. He responded quickly and helped calm my nerves by reassuring me that he could officiate our wedding. I was grateful for his assurance and professionalism. Despite my offer to pay for the entire service, he only required a down payment.
