Chef Hernandez surpassed all expectations during our private dinner in Tahoe. He went above and beyond by personally curating a menu that accommodated everyone's individual needs and preferences. Guests were thrilled when they learned of our private chef and raved about the exquisite menu beforehand, making the event even more exciting. Chef Hernandez arrived promptly with his assistant and all necessary equipment - including distinctive plates which added a lavish touch. His professionalism and talent were truly amazing, leaving every single guest in awe of his culinary prowess. Beyond the exceptional food, Chef Hernandez provided a unique and captivating experience, incorporating theatrical elements such as liquid nitrogen and lighting. Not only was the meal delicious, but the entire evening was unforgettable. I would highly recommend Chef Hernandez to anyone seeking a truly remarkable and memorable dining experience. On my birthday this year, my husband surprised me with a unique gift - a private dinner where a chef would come to our home and cook the food of my choice just for the two of us. I was intrigued by the idea and eagerly waited to see how it would unfold. Chef Albert called ahead to inquire about our food preferences and allergies. We informed him of our vegetarian diet and love for spicy food. On the day of the dinner, he arrived promptly at 5 PM with his fellow chef and began preparing the eight-course meal. He even printed a custom menu with my photo on it! From the homemade wild cranberry soda and appetizers to the Crème Brûlée Catalina dessert, every entrée was superb. The Farmers Market pizza was mouth-watering and the 14-layer Lasagna was delicious. The presentation was elegant, and Chef Albert explained each dish in detail, including the organic and fresh ingredients and homemade spices. Their efficiency and cleanliness were impressive, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. We are grateful to Chef Albert for making our evening unforgettable with his phenomenal food and excellent service.

Wow, where do I begin? We booked Chef Albert for a private dining experience on New Year's Eve for four couples, and boy, did we get an unforgettable experience. Every course left us feeling like we were dining in a 3-star Michelin restaurant. The flavors, textures, smells, and presentation were all outstanding, and each dish had a unique and personal touch from Chef Albert. Halfway through our meal, Chef Albert surprised us with a live demonstration on how to make hand-made, house-pulled pappardelle pasta. We were blown away by the incredible taste of the dish. Chef Albert and his Sous Chef were professional, personable, and tons of fun. We highly recommend booking Chef Albert for a special occasion (even if you have to create one). This review only scratches the surface of what he has in store for you - we don't want to spoil all the surprises.

Our unforgettable 5 course dinner, crafted by the talented Chef Albert, left us and our dearest friends utterly impressed.
