We engaged this company for painting services in two bathrooms, a bedroom, part of the kitchen and a concrete driveway. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with them and do not recommend their services. They left our premises with several messy imperfections such as paint splotches on our hardwood floors, screens and glass doors, as well as paint splatters that needed scraping on our toilet and bathroom floors. Additionally, the original paint colors bled through some room corners. After the job was complete, we noticed that the paint had cracked in the concrete crevices of the driveway they painted, but they had already left without checking for any issues inside. When we requested for these issues to be resolved, the company became angry and abusive in their response. We withheld $100 from the final payment and explained that we would pay the balance once they fixed the problems. Despite this, their unprofessional behavior and lack of concern for our satisfaction was concerning. In conclusion, we strongly advise against using this company for any painting work. We also emphasized the importance of having an honest and reputable contractor who prioritizes their clients’ satisfaction.
