Avoid hiring this individual as he may attempt to charge you for obtaining supplies that should take half an hour. It took him two hours to retrieve the supplies and commence work, despite the fact that I could have procured them myself the day prior. Additionally, he neglected to purchase an adequate quantity of sheet rock and had to go back to the store. He attempted to classify this excursion as time worked and was compensated for installing the sheet rock. Although he agreed to return to sand and finish the job, he is unresponsive when contacted. He left behind a disordered work space, failed to lay down a protective covering, and left white residue on my blue rug. Be advised that this individual is untrustworthy and tends to drag out the completion time in order to increase his hourly rate.
