Three young men assisted us with the move, exhibiting strength and agility during the loading process (although towards the end, it was much like Tetris). The only downside was when they requested a 30-minute lunch break after loading onto the moving truck, which we obliged. We agreed on a 3pm arrival time at the new house. However, they arrived at 3:25 pm and still only deducted 30 minutes from their time, resulting in an additional cost of around $100. It was disappointing, and this may make me hesitant to book their services again. Nonetheless, the overall work ethic of the team was impressive.
