Rob is an exceptional professional! I was faced with a considerable challenge when we decided to remove a wall between two rooms in our home that had a considerable amount of duct-work supplying our second floor. Despite receiving multiple estimates, all with varying information and lacking detail, Rob stood out. He took the time to thoroughly assess our HVAC system and existing duct-work. He carefully explained the performance issues with one unit heating and cooling both floors, the downsides to capping off the 2nd floor, and the balance issues related to the size of our unit on the 1st floor. Rob was up for the challenge, and he created a plan to rework our duct-work to improve the overall flow, resulting in a much more efficient and balanced system. We are still waiting to see how the system performs during the summer heat, but we are confident that it will be much better than what we had before, thanks to Rob's careful attention to detail and expertise. Rob provided us with a better plan and solution that also saved us from added costs that may have caused additional issues in the future. Moreover, his team members were also friendly and professional throughout the job, which was completed to our utmost satisfaction.

The addition of a return vent to my Furnace by Rob and Son was excellently executed. Although the task of working in the attic, which was about 16 inches in height, was laborious and caused itching, they performed admirably. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did not leave any clutter behind. I highly commend their services.

From the outset, it was evident to me that Genesis distinguished itself among the other contractors who provided me with estimates. My requirement was for a larger AC unit and the installation of crawl space ductwork. Among the contractors, only Rob measured the return air duct in order to guarantee its compatibility with the increased AC unit size. In addition, he was the sole contractor who examined the ductwork in the crawl space, prioritizing a well-designed system over a mere replacement of the existing setup. Subsequently, the installation of the Bosch system has considerably improved the comfort level of my home.
