I had my first experience with Aire Serve and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service throughout our interactions. At every encounter, they exhibited politeness, empathy, professionalism, and most importantly, provided top-notch service from start to finish. The owner of the company made the initial contact, Heather, the technician, was well-informed, affable, and diagnosed my issue quickly. She even went above and beyond, troubleshooting to ensure there were no other underlying problems. Heather presented me with viable solutions, but since my problem was caused by a third-party contractor, she offered me all the necessary information I needed to handle the situation confidently. Regrettably, the contractor decided to use another service provider. Nevertheless, I was delighted to find a reliable and professional HVAC company for all my future needs. Although their estimate was a bit steep, I would have been happy to employ their services.

Paul has a tendency to exaggerate the work he has done. When my air conditioning had an issue, he provided me with a quote and assured me that the unit would be functioning properly in my home that evening. However, his promise never came to fruition. Additionally, he convinced me to upgrade to their service call special, but ultimately did not follow through with any other work. Furthermore, the company is unresponsive and fails to respond to any form of communication. Overall, my experience with this company was terrible.
