Be cautious as the company offers a "free" service call, but will charge you an $89 diagnostic fee unless you opt for their membership. While I gave them a 2-star rating due to their comprehensiveness, they need to adopt a pricing scheme that is more open and honest.

During the initial frost of the season, our heating system malfunctioned. Aire Serv promptly arrived the following day and identified the issue, offering a reasonable estimate. They returned the subsequent day to finalize the repair. Luis, the technician, delivered a top-notch performance, thoroughly explaining the process and providing exceptional service. He even enrolled us in their service plan, which afforded us an instant 10% discount on the repair. Aire Serv is a fantastic company.

After 6 pm, I placed a call for assistance and they promptly arrived within half an hour. Luis Reyes, the technician, quickly resolved the issue while being both affable and knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Initially, we collaborated with a local company and received two quotes. The first was to mend the Amana system with a warranty on the compressor, and the second was to replace the entire condenser unit with a Trane. Since the other company was a Trane dealer, we looked up a local Amana dealer on their website to explore any further options regarding warranty repair. During the weekend, we contacted Aire Serv since they were mentioned on the Amana website. They responded immediately, but because this was the second (upstairs) unit, we requested not to have a weekend service call. As a result, they reached out to us on Monday morning with a quote $1500 less than the repair quote from the previous company. Aire Serv informed us that it might take 7-10 business days to receive the compressor and offered to install window units during this period, which we refused. However, due to unanticipated delays in shipping the compressor within the 7-10 business days, Aire Serv worked with Amana and replaced the entire condenser unit for the same price as the repair. After Don and his team arrived on a rainy Friday afternoon and installed the new condenser, they further reduced the cost because the new unit required less Freon for the factory charge. We were extremely satisfied with their courteous, honest, and professional service, and we anticipate using Aire Serv for our future heating and a/c needs.

Luis was extremely supportive and knowledgeable while being friendly at the same time. Though I had many queries, he answered them all calmly and with a lot of information. He was incredibly competent and skillful.
