from this unprofessional service. The promised method of vent cleaning was not followed during delivery. To my surprise, the technician asked for an additional $100 more than the agreed price. Moreover, the cleaning was not done as per our discussion over the call. Instead, the technician was more focused on persuading me to get more vent cleaning done unnecessarily. Consequently, the agreed cleaning of the dryer vent to the roof was not even performed. I am extremely disappointed with this kind of service and it happens to be the worst experience I have ever had with dryer vent cleaning. Therefore, I would strongly recommend staying away from this service.

Not being one to write many reviews, I reserve them exclusively for standout service. Following the completion of Air Ventz team's cleaning of my ducts, the air in my home noticeably improved in quality. My recommendation goes out to anyone who requires chimney sweep services: AirVentz is the way to go! In my particular case, I needed a level 2 inspection in order to have a gas fireplace installed. The personnel in the office were wonderful to deal with and were quick to respond. Mike and his helper arrived as per schedule, behaving in a very cordial manner and taking the time to describe their program of action. They not only provided a first-class service expeditiously, but also proved to be the most affordable option when compared to the competition. You really don't need to look any further than AirVentz Cleaning for your chimney needs.
