One of the air ducts in my home had detached from the collar of the vent and fallen to the ground below, leaving my crawl space visible through the vent. Considering that this was the second time it had happened, I did not want to contact the company that installed my ducts eight years ago. I had a great experience with the company this time around, starting with the woman who answered my call. After hearing my issue, she committed to sending their skinniest repairman because my crawl space did not offer much space to work in. Prior to the technician's arrival, I received a text with their name, photo, and background details. As expected, the technician arrived promptly and fixed the detached duct quickly. During his work, he noticed another duct with a tear and took pictures of the repair and the wear. I decided to replace the damaged duct, and the technician returned later that day to complete the job. Thus far, I have nothing negative to say about this company as my experience has been entirely positive.
