You only have to look at my immaculately clean HVAC system, which he serviced along with carrying out capacitor testing and safety switch checks, to appreciate their professionalism. They also managed to efficiently address my unusual vertically vented dryer, shortening the hose to a more appropriate length. Despite treacherous weather conditions, David was sure to maintain top-class communication with me by giving advance notice of any delays or ETA adjustments before arriving promptly for the job. The level of service provided by David and his crew was truly remarkable. They even brought a drop cloth to wipe their feet before entering my property, which was a thoughtful touch. Besides, my dog seemed to adore them both. We shared plenty of laughs during the process, making the experience thoroughly enjoyable. I would strongly recommend David and his crew without hesitation. It may seem odd, but I am eagerly anticipating our annual cleaning next year, solely for the chance to work with them again.

David and Alex arrived punctually as promised and were attentive to my concerns, providing me with the necessary assistance. The issue at hand was a cramped crawl space beneath my residence; while cleaning the dryer vent, I inadvertently caused it to detach from its fitting, and my vent cleaning tool broke and became lodged underneath the house. Additionally, the noxious odor indicated that there were one or more dead rats in the same vicinity. Despite these obstacles, David and Alex displayed a positive demeanor and persevered regardless. Alex crawled beneath the structure, retrieved my tool and the two rodents, and secured my ducting with newer and more robust components. Furthermore, David's quotation for the ducting was half that of other companies. I am impressed with Air Innovations' services and will gladly recommend them, and I would hire them again without hesitation. - Chuck.
